The hotel has a great location, just across from the Golden Temple, which is a huge plus for travelers like me. The rooms were spotless and had a modern touch, but they could have been a bit larger given the price paid. The service, while not overly helpful, did arrange a car for my trip to Dharamsala. Dining options were underwhelming, leading to some stomach complaints, but the facilities were decent overall.

The hotel's location is absolutely amazing, right next to the Golden Temple and probably the safest in town. The rooms, modern and spacious, come with breakfast included, offering a buffet with a view of The Golden Temple. However, the service missed some opportunities, from not providing the requested car to problems with the card machine. The dining experience is just correct, especially if you enjoy Indian and European food selections.
